Returns of unopened, express delivery items are accepted within 28 days from the date of delivery with valid proof of purchase.

Please note, that non-express delivery items are classed as special orders and are therefore not included.

For product orders, the dispatch time is dependent on the individual blend- check in the product page, in-stock products are 3 days.

Following the dispatch time to prepare your order, standard delivery then takes 2-4 days, and express just one day. For more information,
