If you need to return any items for any reason, please get in touch with us, and we will endeavor to help you.
Returns of unopened, express delivery items are accepted within 28 days from the date of delivery with valid proof of purchase.
Please note, that non-express delivery items are classed as special orders and are therefore not included.
Any customer wishing to exercise this right must notify the vendor at either of the following: in writing to, by telephone at +243 815 230 039, or by email to walconception@gmail.com
As a further condition of the right to return, customers must also arrange (at their own expense) to return the goods in a saleable condition to the address referred by our customer support as soon as possible.
The vendor can arrange return transport under their provider's carriage insurance, provided photos of the package are supplied beforehand.
If the vendor pays the return cost then this will be deducted from any refund.
If the customer wishes to arrange their own return transport, it must be with a licensed carrier, and any damages in transit will be the customer and their transport company's responsibility.
The goods will be deemed returned when actually received by the vendor at the said address.
Pending the return of the goods, they must be kept in good condition.
Where goods delivered by the vendor are received by the customer damaged, the vendor must be notified within 24 hours of delivery in order for replacement goods to be re-sent free of charge.
No such claims will be accepted after the 24 hours have elapsed
Any returns agreed to outside of the 28-day window may incur a re-stocking charge.
No returns are accepted after 90 days from the date of delivery.
We will endeavor to resolve any returns as well as possible over and above this policy.
